WHAT YOU SEE?

In this assignment , we were asked to draw somethings we see on our daily life and its interesting for us and write some info about it in our sketch book. And on the next class we have to draw something related to it and after that write our reflection and chose one item to be drawn in an A3 size for presentation .

PROJECT 2 :

FUNCTIONAL MACHINE :

In this project we are to create an idea of a functional machine using unwanted objects and illustrate how does the machine works in a2 size of cartridge paper

The categories of machines we can chose from :

1. Seed planter

2. Infofeeder

3. Cargo transporter

4. People mover

5. Debris collector

materials needed for this project are unwanted stuffs, tools, toys, screw drivers, hot glue gun, etc

I brought toys and lights and were asked to break it into small parts

PROJECT 3 :

RESEARCHER’S COCOON:

For our final project , we were required to design a cocoon for a researcher of our choice , the project was done step by step as illustrated below :

STAGE 1 :

We visited taman negara obtain shah alma , to decide on a location for our cocoon and also to select an element which could be from flora or fauna for which the researcher is interested on.

STAGE 2 :

We are required to chose some places from our selected location from the site visit to draw them.

STAGE 3 :

In this stage we had to chose an element for our design . I chose Dragonfly , because of it's interesting body features and the texture in the wings which inspired me in designing my cocoon

STAGE 4 :

We were required to draw our researcher and the activities that will take place in the cocoon

STAGE 5 :

At this stage we started building mock up models and trying to explore with our inspiration from the elements .For me I was inspired by the patterns on the wings of the dragonfly and also the hexagon shape inside their eyes .
